Add half teaspoon black pepper powder, one fourth teaspoon black salt, plain salt as per taste, half teaspoon red chilli powder, finely chopped onion, green coriander and lemon juice and mix well. Pour it into a glass and serve. If you want, you can also add some ice cubes to it.

half cup sattu
water-one cup
Black salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Lemon juice- half
Cashews, almonds – for garnish

First of all, put Sattu in a bowl or jug. Add half a cup of water in it and stir well so that there are no lumps. Now dilute this solution by adding half a cup more water. Add black salt, sugar and lemon juice to it and mix well. You can also add powdered sugar. If you want to drink it cold then add ice cubes to it. Take it out in a glass. Garnish by adding two-three chopped cashews and almonds on top. Sweet sattu sherbet is ready. Both of these are very quick, healthy and nutritious drinks.
